Our lodges & caravans
Our Holiday Hire Fleet
Our fleet for 2010 consists of 3 standard caravans, 3 luxury caravans, 2 lodges and the Owners House. Standard caravans have t.v./dvd and fridge. The luxury caravans and lodges all have fridge/freezer, central heating and double glazing, microwave and outside patio with garden furniture. Wi-Fi is available across our holiday park.
Duvets, sheets and pillowcases are provided but we ask guests to bring their own towels with them. None of the caravan equipment is allowed to be used or taken into angler’s bivvies.
Accommodation is available for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Our site is largely unsuitable for children except for those who are also keen anglers. Children are therefore only accepted on the basis that each child has their own paid fishing ticket for the week.
Unfortunately we cannot allow pets into our holiday accommodation and smoking is not allowed indoors.

Catfish Caravan C2
Brand new caravan, lakeside but with no fishing swim actually to the front in C Lake. Carp anglers can book swims on Heartsmere, and carp and catfish anglers can choose swims on Yew Tree or Marsh Lakes which are almost next to the caravan. Large and luxurious with central heating, double glazing, fully fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom. Freeview t.v./dvdSleeps up to 6 with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
Caravan C3 (Sheraton)
Brand new caravan, lakeside with swim directly in front suitable for up to 2 anglers. Further swims are bookable on other lakes close by. Large and luxurious with central heating, double glazing, fully fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom. Freeview t.v./dvd. Sleeps up to 6 with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
C Lake has about 150 carp and is famous for it’s big commons with lots of upper 20’s, 5 over 30lb and one which at the right time of year goes over 40lb.
C4 Kingfisher Lodge
Luxury Lodge sited lakeside on C lake with a patio leading directly onto private fishing swim for up to 2 anglers. Further anglers can book swims on other lakes close by. Accommodation is 1 double with en-suite w.c. and shower, and 1 twin bedroom with sofa bed in lounge. Main bathroom with bath and shower. Fully fitted kitchen, freeview t.v. and dvd player.
C5 Lautrec Lodge
Brand new and sited lakeside on C Lake with private swim directly in front for up to 2 anglers. Further anglers can book swims on other lakes close by. Accommodation is 1 double with en-suite w.c. and shower, and 1 twin bedroom with sofa bed in lounge. Main bathroom with bath and shower. Fully fitted kitchen, freeview t.v. and dvd player.
Caravans M4, M5 & M6
These are all lakeside. M4 & M5 have swims directly in front for up to 2 anglers each, with other swims also bookable. M6 has a designated swim on Marsh lake, just 25 yards away, with other swims also bookable.
M4 is a brand new luxury caravan, large and luxurious, with central heating, double glazing and large sun deck with patio furniture. Fully fitted kitchen, en-suite bathroom and sleeps up to 6 with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Freeview t.v./dvd player. M4 has two swims numbers 3 and 4. One directly in front of the caravan and the other 20 metres to the left.
M5 & M6 are smaller caravans, with gas fire, fridge with ice box and patio area. Sleep up to 6 with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Both have freeview t.v./dvd player. M5 has one swim number 5, this is suitable for 3 rods or 2 anglers with 2 rods each.
M6 has two designated swims numbers 7 and 8, these are 30/40 metres away from the caravan.
Owners House
The owners now spend a great deal of time away fishing the Ebro in Spain and so the house is available to rent at these times. Situated on D Lake this large luxurious detached house offers a fantastic location for a fishing holiday to remember. Anglers can fish directly from the garden, and can even sleep in their very own fishing lodge right next to the water, which has a double bed and power and light.
This is our only holiday property where the fishing, up to a total of 6 rods is included in the cost of rental. Any rods over a total of 4 must be float fishing only. The fishing from the garden, as you would expect, is excellent for a large quantity of striking English carp with a huge quantity of 20’s and several over 30 up to 36lb. Fishing is also good for roach, perch, pike and bream. We have also recently stocked with small crucian carp and tench.

Downstairs
Porch cloakroom & w.c. Television lounge/games room with 50” flat screen t.v with cinema surround sound with hundreds of channels. Kitchen /diner. Laundry area with sink. Conservatory lounge with t.v. Further conservatory lounge.
Outside is a huge flagstone patio overlooking lake with patio furniture Facilities include double oven/grill, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, iron/ironing board. Exercise cycle and cross trainer.
